the location was great and the bedroom size was wonderful. everything was super clean and cozy. the staff were always polite and helpful in moving umbrellas and changing pool towels. the breakfast was also fantastic.
i wish menus were printed because i hate having to always scan with my phone.

the pool was superb and there were many guests there. guests were well spread out, so i didn't feel crowded. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, which was convenient.

the concierge answered all my queries in detail, which i appreciated! the main restaurant remembered our orders. the poolside staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs.

i stayed in a contemporary deluxe room. it had a balcony with a pool view! the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which was nice.

I found the staff attentive, even when the hotel became busy during the holiday week. Meryam, our maid, and Ahmed at reception. The location proves advantageous, many main attractions being within walking distance. Several restaurants are close by.
I noticed a slight inconvenience as some costs were not immediately apparent.

The rooms are spacious; they are also clean with comfortable, high-quality amenities. I found the design stunning and the thoughtful touches, such as the premium bath products, most welcome; I enjoyed the city view from my balcony, too.

The staff is friendly and professional; they remain ready to assist with any request. Rida on concierge helped me arrange a hot air balloon trip quickly. Boujala at the pool lounge gave very responsive and attentive service which I truly appreciated.

The breakfast selection was impressive with impeccable quality, it was the best hotel breakfast I have experienced!!! I really loved the Moroccan tagine at l'orangerie restaurant. Tarik created perfect cocktails; the live band provided professional entertainment.

The breakfast offers a great variety of options. The heated pool is lovely and perfect for relaxation. The kids' club is family-friendly and our children enjoyed it.
The reception staff was rude. My husband asked for water for my son at reception and was told to buy water from the bar. The hotel rooms are outdated old and dirty.
